Break time and the students must spend one hour walking to get water

Description

A school in Dibolyec run by a lady named Winny Oyoo is in need of water. The school is situated over 1.5 kilometers from the nearest clean water source. There is a rain harvesting cistern on the site, which has a capacity of 10,000 liters. It was dry.

The school at the moment has 200 pupils but is expected to grow to over 600 in the next year due to the relocation of families from IDP camps to their tribal land.

We plan to add 15 Crest Tanks (plastic cisterns), with an added capacity of 150,000 liters. This should provide enough capacity for the entire dry season.

Project Cost Estimate: $15,000
